This is a printed copy of the book (softcover), which will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

Shipping: $15 (USA), $60 (International)
Shipping - The book will be shipped to the address provided in 4-5 days using USPS standard (domestic/international). Expedited shipping is not available. If tracking information becomes available it will be provided to you by email on shipping. Tracking information is not available for international destinations. In general it takes approximately 12-14 working days for international shipments, and you may be required to pay customs at your end depending on the policy and customs fees of your country.
Bookstores and libraries must purchase this version of the book.
2. E-book (pdf)
This is a electronic copy of the book in pdf format. Note that the pdf is for individual use, and will be watermarked with your personal information for security reasons.
E-book Price: $140
Processing time - The order will be manually processed in 1-2 days, after which instructions to access the pdf will be emailed to you. The pdf will not be available to you until processing is complete.
Individual use only - E-books can only be purchased by individuals, and only for their own use. Bookstores, libraries and other organizations/groups are not permitted to purchase this e-book and must purchase the print/paperback version instead.

The email will contain the PayPal transaction ID for your records. This email will be your receipt, please save it if you need to present a receipt to your company or university).
